If you’re 18 or older, this is a great chance to rediscover dance, get stronger, and enjoy your evenings after work or studies! In the 18+ beginner hip-hop group, you’ll learn short combos and fundamental hip-hop techniques that help develop coordination, rhythm, and body control.
The classes take place in a cozy, friendly atmosphere where everyone can feel relaxed and safe. Movements are explained clearly and step by step, making this group ideal both for complete beginners and for those who used to dance and want to return.
