About group
We invite energetic and active children to join our fun and lively dance classes! We start each lesson with simple movements, combinations, and basic techniques that help kids naturally dive into the musical world of dance, discover rhythm, and enjoy the joy of movement.
We put a lot of focus on physical preparation — stretching and strengthening the muscles, especially the arms, legs, and back. A strong and flexible body helps children learn dance elements more easily, move with confidence, and avoid injuries.
Children also have the opportunity to take part in various tournaments and competitions suited to their age and level, and in the summer — enjoy unforgettable days at our dance camp!
If desired, they can also attend additional classes to gain even more experience and improve even faster.
Outfit: loose, comfortable sweatpants, slightly relaxed T-shirts, and sports shoes. We also recommend bringing still water — to keep the energy (and smiles!) going throughout the entire class!
