About group
The closed concert team Feminine Movement PRO for girls aged 7–11 brings together our strongest young dancers — those who demonstrate exceptional dedication, discipline, and a true desire to grow. To join this team, we recommend starting in a beginner group and waiting for a personal invitation from the coaches — spots are given only to those who show clear progress and strong motivation.
Team members actively participate in various performances, festivals, competitions, and events both in Lithuania and abroad. For this reason, consistent attendance is essential — only regular, focused training allows the group to maintain a high level of preparation and strong team unity.
Each session includes strength, endurance, and flexibility exercises that help the dancers move gracefully, technically, and safely. This is an environment where elegance, stage confidence, character, and true feminine empowerment are nurtured.
