Hip Hop PRO is a closed, high-level performance team made up of dancers with a solid foundation in hip-hop technique and a clear goal of reaching a professional stage level. Team members are selected based on technical skill, musicality, rhythm, and the ability to work as a team, so only the strongest and most motivated dancers join.

Training places strong emphasis on physical preparation: strength, mobility, and flexibility exercises help dancers safely handle more complex hip-hop combinations. Technique is deepened, choreography execution, rhythm, and stage expression are refined, and training runs intensively and with clear direction.

The team constantly prepares for performances, tournaments, and competitions in Lithuania and abroad. For this reason, consistent attendance, discipline, and the drive to grow together with the whole team are especially important.
